Tucked away in the hills of Cancelada, this course was designed by Jose Cancedo. Opened in 1979, it has a challenging round spread over mountainous terrain. Monte Mayor has to be considered one of the most spectacular courses in Andalucia.
It can boast of wonderful views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and on a clear day the African coastline. With the course nestling in the mountains of Behavis even getting there is an adventure in itself but your patience will be rewarded!
